Return & Exchange Policy

This policy covers everything you buy from Vintage USA Inc, doing business as East Village Buyers ("we," "us," or "our"), in our store at 39 Avenue A and online at eastvillagebuyers.com/store.

1. All Sales Are Final

Every sale is final, whether the item is new or pre-owned and whether you buy it in our store or online. We don't accept returns and we don't give cash refunds. The only exceptions are the size exchange and the authenticity guarantee described below.

Please check the size, condition, and details of an item before you buy. If you have a question or would like more photos, call or text us at 917-608-8939 and we'll help before you decide.

2. Size Exchanges for In-Store Purchases

If an item you bought in our store doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 24 hours of purchase. Online orders you pick up at our store count as in-store purchases, and the 24 hours start when you pick up the order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Bring the item to 39 Avenue A within 24 hours, during store hours.
• Bring your receipt or order confirmation.
• The item must be unworn and in the same condition you bought it, with all original tags, the box, and any packaging or accessories it came with.

Exchanges are for the same item in a different size and depend on what we have in stock. If your size isn't available, the original sale stays final.

3. Shipped Orders

Orders we ship to you are final sale. We can't accept returns or size exchanges on shipped orders, so please check sizing carefully before you order. If you'd like to try an item on, choose in-store pickup at checkout and your order can be exchanged for a different size as described above.

Once an order has shipped, any return, exchange, or refund is solely at the discretion of East Village Buyers. We decide each request case by case, and an exception made for one order doesn't apply to any other. This doesn't change the authenticity guarantee in section 4.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item we sell, new or pre-owned, is 100% authentic. If an item you bought from us is found not to be authentic, contact us with your receipt or order number. We'll review it, and if the item isn't authentic, we'll take it back and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The policy shown here on the day you make a purchase is the one that applies to it.
